Scope of Coverage
This warranty applies to all Cavintures apparel and accessories purchased through authorized Cavintures channels. It covers defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of ninety days from the date of purchase. Covered concerns include stitching irregularities, fabric or material flaws, hardware malfunctions, and construction issues that prevent the product from performing as designed. This coverage ensures that each Cavintures item meets the standards expected of the brand.
Warranty Remedies
Cavintures evaluates each claim with fairness and respect for the customer experience. When a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Cavintures may repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue store credit when repair or replacement is not feasible. All remedies are guided by the principles of quality assurance, brand integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Cavintures accepts refund, return, and exchange requests within seven days of receipt for items that remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, with shipping fees, handling charges, and third‑party platform fees remaining non‑refundable. Items purchased during promotions or clearance events may qualify only for store credit. Cavintures also allows exchanges for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability. Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not related to manufacturing are not eligible. Cavintures encourages customers to review sizing guides and product details carefully to ensure the best selection.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, accidents, stains, fading due to environmental exposure, or any modification or alteration made after purchase. It does not cover sizing concerns, personal preference changes, or issues arising from commercial or non-personal use. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase for verification. Cavintures is not responsible for products handled by unauthorized repair centers.
